JMG Limited has partnered with Lagos Business School (LBS) to support leadership development and communication skills among emerging professionals through its sponsorship of the Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) Mini-Keynote Speaking Competition.
The competition, organised through the LBS MBA Careers and Placement Unit, was held on September 26, 2026, and gave participants an opportunity to present their ideas, engage an audience and demonstrate their public speaking abilities.
JMG said the partnership reflects its interest in developing talent and supporting initiatives that prepare young professionals for leadership roles in the business world.
The company operates across several sectors, including power generation, solar energy, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), climate solutions and haulage.
Speaking on the partnership, JMG Limited’s Chief Commercial Officer, Rabi Jammal, said businesses needed people who could think critically, communicate clearly and lead effectively.
“At JMG, we believe that sustainable growth is ultimately about people. Businesses need talented individuals who can think, communicate and lead effectively,” Jammal said.
He added that the partnership provided an opportunity to support Lagos Business School’s efforts to develop future leaders while helping emerging professionals build confidence in expressing their ideas.
As part of the engagement, JMG also introduced participants to its business operations and explained how its services support businesses, industries and infrastructure across Nigeria.
Lagos Business School is known for its business and management programmes, with a focus on leadership development and practical business knowledge.
Through the partnership, JMG said it hopes to contribute to the development of professionals equipped with the skills and confidence needed to navigate the demands of the business environment.
