JMG Limited has completed the installation of a high-capacity compressed air system at Mamuda’s manufacturing facility, a project designed to support the company’s production needs and accommodate future expansion.
The system, installed by JMG Industrial, the company’s air compressor division, can deliver approximately 29 cubic metres of compressed air per minute at an operating pressure of 8.5 bar.
Completed on July 24, 2026, the project involved designing and installing infrastructure tailored to Mamuda’s operational requirements, including its demand for compressed air, operating pressure, air quality and storage capacity.
The installation comprises three Kaeser compressors — two CSD 90 units and one CSD 130 — alongside two refrigeration dryers, a 2,000-litre air receiver tank, filtration equipment and condensate management components.
According to JMG, the system underwent final commissioning and performance tests to confirm its pressure stability, efficiency and readiness for operation.
Rao Preetham, Service Manager at JMG Limited, said the installation had passed the required final tests and was ready to support Mamuda’s production machinery.
He expressed confidence that the system would provide a reliable compressed air supply for the company’s current operations and future requirements.
Compressed air is an important utility in many manufacturing processes, making a dependable supply essential for maintaining production operations. The new installation is intended to provide Mamuda with the capacity and air quality required for its industrial activities as its production needs grow.
JMG said its work on the project extended beyond supplying equipment to include assessing Mamuda’s requirements, designing the system, selecting the appropriate machinery, installing the equipment and carrying out commissioning and testing.
The company also provides after-sales technical support for industrial clients.
