The Director-General of the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR), Aare Dr Abisoye Fagade, is bereaved following the death of his mother-in-law, Lady Esther Adedoyin Esan (née Craig).
Lady Esan died in London after a brief illness, according to a family announcement issued by the Esan family.
In the statement, the family announced her passing with sadness, while expressing gratitude for her life and the memories she leaves behind.
The family described her as a woman who embodied “a life of grace, a heart of gold and a legacy of love”, adding that her death had left a profound void among her loved ones.
She is survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
The family said details of her burial arrangements would be announced in due course.
